HDD - Horizontal Directional Drilling

API, is currently the only service company in Trinidad & Tobago that is trained and certified to handle Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). To date we have covered some 38,000 feet of pipe of various sizes on the island.

Horizontal Directional Drilling is a trenchless methodolgy that provides an installation alternative that can offer a number of benefits over traditional open-cut. HDD can be implemented with very little disruption to surface activities, requires less working space, and may be performed more quickly than open-cut methods.
